It started so well. It started like every Patriots fan in the world though it would. New England dominated by forcing the Jets’ offense led by the inconsistent Mark Sanchez on a three and out and, on two consecutive drives, the Patriots executed nearly flawlessly (with the minor exception of Stephen Gostkowski’s missed field goal to start the game).
