Former New England Patriots executive Patrick Forte has died at the age of 60. Forte, hired by the Patriots as vice president of administration in January 1991 and dismissed in May 1995, died on July 28 of a stroke, according to a death certificate filed with the County of Santa Clara Public Health Department
