New England Patriots offensive lineman Logan Mankins said Monday he does not plan to sign his restricted free agent tender and wants to be traded, according to ESPN.com. New England’s mandatory minicamp begins today, but the All-Pro from Fresno State wouldn’t be obligated to attend if he is not under contract.
